Let's talk about ricotta cheese and all the foods it effortlessly compliments; the limit does not exist. Ricotta cheese spread on warm toast is a ridiculously simple, delicious, refreshing snack and it is SO versatile. I LOVE honey drizzled ricotta & fruit on toast it's one of my favorite breakfasts/snacks and I love to keep in constant rotation; but this is not the last you'll see of the ricotta toast duo (to be continued...).

HOW TO MAKE Honey Drizzled Ricotta & Fruit on Toast:
- Pop bread in toaster and toast to your ideal golden brown

While bread is toasting slice your favorite fruit or berries
- Once toast is ready spread ricotta cheese on the toast; I use 1 to 2 tablespoons per piece!

From there, add your favorite fruits or berries on top. If you feel like adding a little crunch, chop walnuts or pistachios to add on top (INCREDIBLE with sliced banana)
- Lightly drizzle honey on top

Ingredients
- 1 slice bread (toasted) *I use Sara Lee Honey Wheat
- Your favorite sliced fruit/berries (I switch between strawberry, banana, blueberries, raspberries, apple, peach, etc...)
- 1-2 tablespoon ricotta cheese *part skim
- ⅓ teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Pop bread in toaster and toast to your ideal golden brown
- While bread is toasting slice your favorite fruit or berries
