Let's talk about ricotta cheese and all the foods it effortlessly compliments; the limit does not exist. Ricotta cheese spread on warm toast is a ridiculously simple, delicious, refreshing snack and it is SO versatile. I LOVE honey drizzled ricotta & fruit on toast it's one of my favorite breakfasts/snacks and I love to keep in constant rotation; but this is not the last you'll see of the ricotta toast duo (to be continued...).
My all time favorite/feel good foods are healthy foods in disguise and this toast definitely makes that list. If you're looking for some other ideas check out cowboy caviar turkey roll ups or the BEST guacamole.
HOW TO MAKE Honey Drizzled Ricotta & Fruit on Toast:
Pop bread in toaster and toast to your ideal golden brown
While bread is toasting slice your favorite fruit or berries
Once toast is ready spread ricotta cheese on the toast; I use 1 to 2 tablespoons per piece!
From there, add your favorite fruits or berries on top. If you feel like adding a little crunch, chop walnuts or pistachios to add on top (INCREDIBLE with sliced banana)

A gourmet experience!
The honey is well-balanced with the Ricotta's mild flavour and the fruit bring wonderful tart notes along with the natural sweetness. The toast is also a fantastic addition to the meal as it brings a warmth of yeast and offers a delightful crunch.
