Honey Drizzled Ricotta & Fruit on Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread (toasted) *I use Sara Lee Honey Wheat
  • Your favorite sliced fruit/berries (I switch between strawberry, banana, blueberries, raspberries, apple, peach, etc...)
  • 1-2 tablespoon ricotta cheese *part skim
  • teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Pop bread in toaster and toast to your ideal golden brown
  • While bread is toasting slice your favorite fruit or berries
  • Once toast is ready spread ricotta cheese on the toast; I use 1 to 2 tablespoons per piece!
  • From there, add your favorite fruits or berries on top. If you feel like adding a little crunch, chop walnuts or pistachios to add on top (INCREDIBLE with sliced banana)
  • Lightly drizzle honey on top and enjoy!
