Add warm milk and activated yeast to your mixer. Begin adding flour and sea salt flakes one teaspoon at a time.

Cover your stand mixer's bowl with plastic wrap and a towel. Let dough rest in a warm area for 30 minutes

Prepare salted honey butter rolls:
melt + combine honey, butter, & sea salt flakes

Divide into 24 equal portions about ¼ inch thick. Brush with salted honey butter & roll

Rolls should double in size & be touching. Brush salted butter on the rolls lightly coating them.
Brush rolls with remaining honey butter one more time & sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
