Reuben & Corned Beef Brisket

• corned beef brisket • mayo • ketchup • worcestershire • horseradish • red onion • lemon • paprika • sea salt • hot sauce • rye bread • sauerkraut • swiss cheese

Ingredients:

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 3 hrs

• Preheat oven 350°F • Place brisket in roasting pan fatty side up. Scatter pickling spices over the top. Pour water about halfway up the brisket.

• Measure & combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, minced red onion, lemon juice,  paprika, sriracha & sea salt flakes

• Mix!

• Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Butter side down, layer corned  beef, Swiss cheese & top with sauerkraut. Spread Russian dressing on the 2nd piece of bread.

• Cook until the bread is golden brown and the  cheese is fully melted. *cooking at a lower heat toasts the bread slower  which leaves more time for the cheese to fully melt!

• Finish with a pickle, and serve hot!
