Peach Cobbler

Buttermilk Biscuit Peach Cobbler combines the essence of a traditional peach cobbler with a next level buttermilk biscuit bread pudding base.

Spray 9x13 dish with baking pam and preheat oven to 375°F. Cut each biscuit into quarters and layout across the bottom of the pan to cover

Mix and melt butter, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla bean paste.

Evenly pour mixture over the biscuits & bake until they start to firm up or turn a really light shade of golden brown

While that bakes boil whole peaches with skin on for 45 seconds then put in ice bath.

Remove from ice bath and peel skin. Halve peaches and remove pits then thinly slice

Sauté peaches in in butter, sugar, vanilla, sea salt flakes until it bubbles a little

Remove biscuits from oven and poke holes with wooden spoon handle all over

Melt butter, whole milk and whisk together to pour over par baked biscuits with the sauteed peach mixture from pan and evenly pour over the biscuit layer

Pulse together butter, sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and baking powder (or use back of fork)

Sprinkle over cobbler

Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F until golden
