Buttery, garlicky, and soft with a crispy outer edge, this Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread is the best kind of comfort food. Served with a homemade marinara sauce for an extra pop of flavor.

Slice off the top of a head of garlic. Wrap loosely in foil and drizzle with olive oil.

Soften butter and using a pastry brush, brush evenly and generously in a layer to coat the entire inside of the bundt pan. Set pan aside

Combine grated parmesan, sea salt flakes, granulated garlic, oregano, chopped  parsley, and chopped  basil

Cut biscuits into quarters and combine with seasonings in a large bag or bowl. Toss and make sure each piece is well coated.

Scoop out good sized, full cloves of roasted garlic. Mash in a small bowl with the back of a spoon and combine with melted butter

Brush butter mixture on biscuits with a pastry brush to evenly coat the pieces . Bake until bread turns to a deep golden color and/or the internal temperature of the biscuits are 205°F-210°F.

Combine tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, granulated garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, chicken base and sea salt flakes to a sauce pan.

Stir and leave it to simmer over low heat.

Remove Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread from the oven. Allow 5-7 minutes to cool, and then place a plate over the top of the bundt that complete covers the entire bundt.
