  • Preheat oven to 300°
  • Neatly stack about 5-8 tortillas and slice them into thin strips.
  • Gather tortilla strips in a bowl and lightly coat them with oil, then toss to see that oil is evenly distributed on each slice.
  • Measure season salt and garlic powder and lightly coat tortillas, toss again so that seasonings are blended and dispersed evenly on tortillas.
  • Lay strips on a baking sheet so that none are overlapping. This will ensure that they get nicely toasted and crispy.  Bake at 300° for about 10 minutes or until tortillas have turned to a delicious light golden brown color. Leave them to cool on baking sheet and they're ready to serve-Enjoy!
