Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
Add flour, baking powder, salt flakes and yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir until it is well combined. Do not over mix
Dust flour over a clean work surface and remove dough from your mixing bowl. The dough will be tacky, so be sure to dust it work surface and dough with flour before you begin to work with it.
Divide dough into 4 equal portions and begin to roll it out like a log (as pictured). From there, use the log to form a circle and pinch the ends together to mend it into a bagel shape.
Once all bagels have been shaped place them on the lined baking sheet.
Prepare the egg wash by beating an egg in a separate small bowl. Using a pastry brush (or back of a spoon) coat the bagels with the egg wash.
Generously sprinkle bagels with Everything but The Bagel seasoning and pop them in the oven with the convection fans on. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bagels have turned a nice golden brown on top.
Leave bagels on baking sheet to cool. I have eaten these bagels plain, with lox, a turkey burger and as the egg and cream cheese sandwich pictured. Each one is equally delicious! - ENJOY!
