Thick fudgy brownie base, layered with sweet & creamy peanut butter filling, then covered entirely by another layer of dark chocolate & sprinkled with sea salt flakes.

Push down edges on mini cupcake liner to reshape and widen the base then lightly grease.

Lightly coat cupcake liners with melted chocolate.

Blend ½ a batch of fresh baked brownies to get them to a buttery dough texture, roll into a log and chill in plastic wrap.

OPTIONAL STEP: Make creamy homemade peanut butter

Combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.

Slice brownie and place in coated chocolate

Layer on the sweet creamy peanut butter filling.

Add final layer of dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt flakes
