Greek Chicken Marinade

Made with white wine, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a blend of Mediterranean spices.

Combine white wine, extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, oregano and salt.

Pour marinade over chicken and marinate in fridge anywhere from 5-24 hours

You can grill, pan sear,  or bake Greek chicken & still end up with delicious results. I like to  pan-sear to give it a "grilled effect," & then bake it  through so it's really juicy.

Boil and reduce, lemon-herb, garlic marinade (to 212°F)

Baste chicken with the reduced, lemon-herb, garlic marinade when it's finished cooking.
